On November 1, 2008 email (including WebMail) on cc.usu.edu will be discontinued. If you still use a cc.usu.edu email account, you will need to migrate to one of the new email systems. If are using the new Aggies Exchange email server or the new Aggiemail (Google mail) system and have your cc.usu.edu account forwarded you do not need to do anything. You will find information about the new email systems at http://it.usu.edu/htm/email/new-email-systems. We encourage you to migrate to a new system as soon as possible.
If you have not already migrated to the new Aggies Exchange server Faculty and staff should migrate to Aggies Exchange--USU's enterprise email system prior to November 1, 2008. To set-up and email account on Aggies Exchange please complete and return to the IT Service Desk the form located at http://it.usu.edu/plugins/work/sitemaps/51/files/AggiesEmailAccount.pdf..
Students, alumni and emeriti may migrate to Aggiemail. Aggiemail is hosted by Google and provided with the USU brand. You will find instructions on how to set up an Aggiemail account at http://it.usu.edu/aggiemail/htm/create-aggiemail-account.
